Dr. Sheetal Vohra has an in depth and holistic experience of about 15 years in the field of Intellectual Property Laws with special thrust on trademarks. In the past, she has worked in two top IP boutique firms of India, where her profile included prosecuting trademarks in India and abroad as well handling litigation pertaining to passing off and infringement of trademarks before District Courts, High Courts and right upto the Supreme Court of India.
Cases argued by her have been reported in Law Journals. She has also handled high profile cases before Intellectual Property Appellate Board. Besides giving consultancy to Indian conglomerates, Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurs across varied industries on how to protect their trademark in holistic way, she has also assisted them in managing their trademark portfolio by working closely with their legal teams and creating a full strategy based on their needs. She is one of the select few practicing Legal Counsels in South East Asia, who to have picked up a Ph.D in Intellectual Property Law, along with host of other certificate and diploma courses in IPR from prestigious institutes.
Ms. Swapna Sunder is one of the co-founders of the firm, IP Dome. She has experience of around 15 Years in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. Prior to founding IP Dome she used work as IP Attorney work for 8 years.

Mr. Ketan Mukhija was working as a Sr. Attorney with Jones Day (a US-based global law firm), before joining Srei Infrastructure and Finance Limited and Link Legal. This position provided him a golden opportunity to gain considerable experience in providing corporate advice with focus areas being mergers and acquisitions, private equity, Foreign Direct Investment, banking and project finance, and regulatory and tax advisory.
In past, he has also been associated with Herbert Smith LLP (London) as a solicitor, and is currently enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and Calcutta (and affiliated with Kolkata, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court Bar Associations) and further qualified to practice in the US and the UK.

Ms. Anupam Sanghi has a rich experience of more than one and half decade practicing commercial and competition law. She has specialised in the emerging field of Competition Law. Having qualified in EU Competition Law form the prestigious Kings College London under the tutelage of the renowned Prof. Richard Whish, it is only fit that the anti-monopoly regulator, Competition Commission of India, appointed Anupam on its first formal panel of Legal Advisors.
Ms. Anupam has represented CCI before Competition Appellate Tribunal and Delhi High Court in many high profile cases. Some of her recent experience also involved matters and deals in which transactions are affected by the provisions of the Competition Act, 2002. In past she has also worked with esteemed organisations like Amarchand Mangaldas and Ernst & Young.

Ms. Soumili Das has a rich experience of more than a decade in IP law, M&A, drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of critical commercial contracts, portfolio management and general corporate laws. She is a registered Patent Agent since the year 2005. She focuses on valuation of Patents & Brands and their role in M&A, IP Asset Management and Business Development, Strategic Investment on Patent portfolios, Competition Law aspects of IPR, Patent & Media-Entertainment Litigation.
In the past Ms. Soumili has worked with many prestigious companies and law firms like Dabur, Ranbaxy, Cambridge University Press India Pvt. Ltd., Fox Mandal, Khaitan & Co., and K&S Partners. She an alumnus of Columbia Business School, Columbia University, New York and has completed her M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Berhampur University, LL.B. from Chaudhary Charan Singh University and PGDIB from Symbiosis institute of Management Studies.
Her special expertise have been in advising and managing diverse IP portfolio involving patents, trademarks, copyright, designs and geographical indications which typically included, search & analytics, data mining and drafting, prosecution, opposition including enforcement and litigation before High Courts and IPAB, IP commercial transactional matters like licensing, strategic alliances and technology transfers, IP Audits and Due Diligences.
Ms. Isha Sharma practises as a registered Patent Agent while also working as Director at Trayambak Overseas Private Limited, a dedicated full-service Intellectual Property (IP) firm providing a wide range of professional IP law services to many local and foreign clients. She has a background in Biotechnology and holds a masters degree in engineering from Amity University.

In past, Mini has handled the intellectual property portfolio of ITC Limited. She has also worked on Corporate restructuring and drafting of merger schemes and has also advised large corporates, funds and high net worth individuals on Foreign Investments in the pharmaceutical, health, and education sectors. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
Mr. Avinash Sharma is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and specialises in Competition Law. He has worked assisted Mr. Vinod Dhall, former Acting Chairman, Competition Commission of India in many cases. He has also worked as an Expert (Law), Competition Commission of India and also represented CCI before Competition Appellate Tribunal and Delhi High Court in many high profile cases.

Mr. Vivek Ranjan has completed his LLB in Intellectual Property Law from the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Khargpur. Most prominently, he has worked on NATCO vs. Bayer Case, in which first Compulsory License of India was granted.

Rana & Co., he was part of the Intellectual Property Litigation Department, where he has represented many Fortune 500 Companies in various Courts across India, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Avinash has a wide ranging experience with regard to the creation, exploitation and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights, especially in relation to trademarks, Copyright and Geographical Indication. He has also advised in areas of company name rectification, domain name dispute, design and unfair competition law.
Avinash has represented a mixture of local and international clients in a range of sectors including luxury goods, gyms, fashion, software, hotel and travel.
Mr. Vinod Kumar has experience of around a decade in competition analysis in various jurisdictions such as India, Europe, and the United States. Prior to joining Econ One, he was an Economic Expert at the Competition Commission of India (CCI). In that role, Mr. Kumar was responsible for analyzing proposed mergers and acquisitions to evaluate the likelihood that a proposed combination would have an appreciable adverse effect on competition.
Mr. Kumar also provided the Commission with economic research and analysis on various industry sectors.
Mr. Kumar also has significant consulting experience in India. As an economist at Nathan Economic Consulting India Pvt. Ltd., he was responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated analytical methodologies for both competition and other consulting engagements. His litigation work spanned numerous industries including multiplex operators, cement, broadcasting, energy, apparel retail, and banking. His consulting work involved developing economic models for a large microfinance institution to assess risk. He also was involved in developing models to measure cricket player performance under pressure to provide real time analysis to coaches and players.
Mr. Kumar has done his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA-Level 1), from CFA Institute, USA, and his M.S. in Financial Economics, from Madras School of Economics, Anna University. He has previously worked at Mavens Economic Consulting, Nathan Associates and Roulac Global Places.
KK Sharma is former Director General & Head of Merger Control and Antitrust Divisions of the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and Commissioner of Income Tax, Ministry of Finance. He has to his credit the distinction of drafting the competition law and regulations in India and overseeing their enforcement thereafter. Mr. Sharma has investigated several cases of competition law violations falling under a number of sectors as the first Director General of the functional CCI. The creation of Merger Review Format for India, drafting of merger regulations and overseeing the first few merger clearances was done under his leadership.
He has a comprehensive experience, of nearly three decades, in various Government departments and public bodies, including direct tax administration, the Competition Commission of India as well as the private sector. A regular speaker at national and international Conferences on competition law, he is an active member of International Competition Network (ICN) Merger Working Group.
Dr. Sharma has completed his Bachelor and Master degree in Mechanical Engineering form Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. He is trained in competition law economics and IPR Laws from King’s College, London and National Law School of India University respectively. He is a Doctoral Candidate in Competition Law at Bangor University, Bangor, United Kingdom.
